FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

All the artworks reproduced and proposed on this site are original and made by me. By purchasing one of my artworks, you can download a PDF copy of the Certificate of Authenticity. The original of the Certificate of Authenticity, signed by me, will be sent to you along with the artwork and you will find it protected inside the crate that you will receive.
Many of the artworks you find on the site are already framed because they have previously been exhibited in Group Exhibitions or Solo exhibitions. Many other artworks are not, but when you go to buy one, you will be notified if it is mandatory that must be framed or if you can also order it without a frame. If the artwork must be framed, you can choose from the frames proposed in the dedicated section of the site. You will see a preview of how aesthetically the artwork you are about to buy matches the chosen frame. Once the frame is confirmed, I will personally take care that the realisation and the application to the artwork are done to perfection. All the frames are made of wood. Professional artisans will finish and paint your frame by hand, setting it up to be immediately hung. The works that I usually mark as mandatory to be framed are made on cardboard or on a table. These supports tend to undergo tensions over time, curving slightly. The frame is structured so that, once fixed to the artwork, every tension is eliminated and the artwork returns perfectly flat.

The works, whatever their format, framed or not framed, are protected by multiple layers of Pluriball, inserted in wooden crates with an internal polystyrene band. Protection from impacts and water infiltration is guaranteed for a safe shipment. On the crate are applied all the indications that permit the chosen courier to handle and move the crate correctly. On the crate are also applied all delivery documents. You will also find the indication of the side of the crate that must unscrew to be opened to extract the artwork.

Confirming your purchase, we must keep in mind 2 factors. The first is if the artwork is already framed. In this case, it is necessary to prepare the custom-made crate. It takes 4 working days for the crate to be completed. At this point, after inserting the artwork, the courier can take charge of the shipment. Depending on the chosen courier and delivery destination, can run from 12 hours to 72 hours for delivery. The second is if the artwork is obligatory to be framed. It takes 10 working days for the realisation of the frame. In the meantime, the shipping crate is already prepared. From the 11th working day, the artwork can be taken in charge by the courier and also, in this case, depending on the chosen courier and delivery destination, can past from 12 hours to 72 hours for delivery. In any case, some variables such as deliveries to remote areas or extra CEE deliveries may affect delivery times, where customs clearance times could prolong waiting.
After the purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to follow the shipment step by step.
Yes, but you will have to wait until the delivery is completed. From that moment you will have 15 days to request a return. In this case, the return costs will be at your charge, and the artwork cost will be fully refunded. The artwork must be sent back into the original crate.
Although I have taken all the precautions so that the work is delivered intact, and in any case, this has been damaged, you will have 15 days to return. The return costs are at my expense. If the artwork is damaged due to a failure of the shipping crate, and this is no longer usable, the return of the artwork must be done by protecting it in the best way. If the returned artwork could possibly be restored and in case you are still willing to receive it again, after the restoration of its original conditions a new shipment will be agreed. In case you no longer want to receive the artwork, the cost will be reimbursed.
If the artwork is lost, the total cost of the artwork will be refunded.
If once the artwork arrives at your destination, you decide to return it, contact me through the form you can find in the site, and we will establish the way and times for returning the artwork itself. The shipping cost for the return will be at my expense.
Yes, we issue an invoice. Before confirming your purchase, at checkout, you will be able to view a PDF pro-forma invoice that you can archive and print. Once you confirm the order, you will receive the final invoice. For the Italian tax regime I belong, the invoice is VAT exempt, is not electronic and does not need a PEC address (which is not required on the site). The invoice will be sent in PDF format to the e-mail address you indicated when registering your account. Once you settle the invoice, I will proceed with the dispatch of your order.
